唐太宗反贪思想探析--以《贞观政要》为中心

唐太宗一朝吏治清明，受到后世赞颂。就其反贪措施而论，太宗在“以民为本”思想基础之上，提出了“德主刑辅”的法治原则，以道德约束君臣自愿自觉地追求高尚的情操；强调“若安天下，先正其身”的反腐之本，“道之以德，齐之以礼”的引导理念以及“致安之本，惟在得人”的用人政策。这些措施都取得了很大成效，最终迎来“贞观之治”，将中国古代社会推向繁荣昌盛的巅峰。%The reign of Emperor Taizong was well-organized and has always been praised by the later generations.In terms of his anti-corruption measures,he pursued the idea of people first,put forward the law principle of morality given priority over penalty,and stressed the anti-corrupt base of being upright oneself first,the guiding idea of morality first,and the personal policy of appointing someone on his merits only,etc.The great achievement gained from these methods leads to Zhenguan Flourishing Age in the Tang Dynasty,pushing forward the ancient Chinese society to a prosperous peak.
