首都经济圈中的廊坊市农业新兴产业发展的思路建议

摘要

New agricultural industries are established by using modern technology to provide the advanced technological products and services for agriculture production in order to improve people＇s life quality,which play irreplaceable roles in agricultural industrialization management,transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture,agricultural development mode change and peasanting increasing income.The unique advantages and problems in the development of new agricultural industries in Langfang in the capital economic circle are analyzed by ecological study,comparative study and empirical study.The development goals of new agricultural industries including realizing agricultural sustainable development,enhancing the anti-risk ability of agriculture,strengthening agricultural industrial competitiveness,and the principles of combining experience with practice and combining market regulation with government regulation are determined.The development countermeasures are proposed including compiling the development planning,making the support policy,strengthening the agricultural technology service system construction and agricultural infrastructure construction to accelerate the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in Langfang.%农业新兴产业是应用现代技术建立起来的为农业生产提供先进科技产品和服务以及突破农业传统功能以提高人们生活质量为目的的农业产业,在农业产业化经营、传统农业转型升级、农业发展方式转变、农民增收等方面具有不可替代的作用。通过生态研究、比较研究、实证研究等方法,分析了首都经济圈中的廊坊市农业新兴产业发展存在的独特优势及问题。确定了实现农业可持续发展、增强农业抗风险能力、加强农业产业竞争力等农业新兴产业发展目标,以及应遵循的经验借鉴与结合实际、市场调节与政府调控相结合的原则。提出了编制发展规划、制定扶持政策、加强农业技术服务体系建设、加强农业基础设施建设等产业发展对策,以加快实现廊坊市传统农业向现代农业的转变。
