可靠性增长技术发展动态诠释

         

摘要

可靠性增长技术是研制阶段提高系统可靠性的有效手段,作为可靠性工程的重要研究方向,倍受学术界和工程界关注.为推进我国的可靠性事业,对国内外可靠性增长技术研究动态进行了梳理和归纳,论述了相关的理论和方法,结合工程实践探讨性地提出了进一步拓展研究的切入点,以供从事可靠性工程的科技人员参考和借鉴.%Reliability growth technology is an effective means to improve system reliability during development stage. It is an important research direction and concerned much by academic and engineering circles. In order to promote development of reliability engineering, reliability growth technology at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized. Relevant theories and methods are discussed, and breakthrough points for further research are proposed according to engineering practice, which could be referenced by sci-tech personnel engaging in reliability engineering.
