一种辅助谐振变换极软开关电路在UPS中的应用

         

摘要

为实现UPS高频机在高开关频率工作的同时,减低功率开关器件的损耗,辅助谐振变换极软开关(auxiliary resonant commutated pole,简称ARCP)技术可作为解决措施.传统的ARCP电路能够解决主管的软开关,但同时还引入了辅管的关断损耗.因而工作在较高开关频率下系统的整机效率会下降,不能将其应用于实际产品中.本文在传统的基于半桥ARCP软开关电路的基础上,详细介绍了谐振器件设计的关键点并给出了以CPLD为控制核心的辅管驱动逻辑解决方案以解决其零点流关断.最后对某大型UPS进行软开关的软硬件改进,实验证明了应用此电路实现系统"提高频率、不降低效率"的目的.%In order to reduce the loss of the power switching device and improve the efficiency of the UPS system, the ARCP soft switching technology can be used .Although some ARCP circuits can realize the soft switching in the main circuit , they decreased the efficiency of the system because of the loss of the auxiliary device in a higher switching frequency .To guarantee the efficiency in the higher frequency , this paper introduces a new ARCP circuit principle , the design procedure of the devices and the switching logic .Through improving the original software and hardware in a large UPS , the experimental result can prove the practicability of the circuit and the switching logic.
