乌克兰脱离苏联成为独立的主权国家只有25年，暂短的发展历程不可能对世界经济长期发展过程中的兴衰变化有完整的切身体验。这些年来，乌克兰的经济发展阶段更多的时间是在萧条中度过，并且对比苏联解体前的发展水平很多指标都出现了退步。东部军事动荡对乌克兰的社会经济影响很大。 GDP负增长，通货膨胀，居民收入下降；进出口额减少和赤字率上升，国家债务风险巨大；企业停产减产，创新投入少，资金外逃等，严重影响企业再生产。乌克兰社会经济发展存在着重大威胁，需要制定有效措施控制恶化发展趋势。%It has been only 25 years since Ukraine has separated from former USSR and has become an independent sovereign country.In this short period of development, Ukraine did not experience the fluctuations of the global economy with its highs and lows.In recent years, Ukraine's eco-nomic development has been stagnant; moreover, the level of the country's economic development has dropped lower than the level of the economic development of the former USSR.The military unrest in the Eastern region of the country has greatly influenced the social economy of the country:negative growth of GDP, inflation of the currency, decrease in income, decrease of import and export industry, continuously growing deficit, great risk of the national debt.The companies in various industries either have stopped production or reduced the production capacity, the investment into the innovation has been reduced, and many capitals have been moved abroad.All these factors have impacted negatively on the business reproduc-tion.There is a enormous threat posed to the social-economic development in Ukraine, and there should be effective measures put in place to con-trol the negative trend of its development.
