朝鲜对外贸易的发展及其影响因素

摘要

朝鲜的对外贸易在经历了W型曲线的发展过程后，近几年来呈扩大发展之势。但是由于受经济政策决策机制尚处于计划经济体制、政治经济体制及其政策导向、产业结构及生产力发展水平、贸易法制不完善和贸易体制僵化、外资政策与国际政治关系不协调等影响因素的制约，朝鲜对外贸易的发展严重受阻，对外贸易结构呈“出口初级产品、进口工业制成品”即以“以资源换产品”的特征。朝鲜应积极调整国家发展战略、积极提高基于科技发展的生产力水平、发展可持续性对外贸易，方能走向“强盛大国”。%Outcomes of summarising North Korea's foreign trade development, and practically analysing North Korea’s foreign trade structure as well as its influent factors unveil that the total value volume of North Korea, after experiencing long-term up-and-down fluctuation, showed a trend of expanding since 2009.Nonetheless, due to North Korea’s unreasonable industrial structure, low degree of productivity development, and the e-conomic politic decision-making mechanism that still remains under the circumstance of planned economy system , North Korea’ s foreign trade structure has the characteristics of exporting primary products and importing industrial manufacture , which can be also defined as the characteristics of exchanging resources with products.North Korea is supposed to actively develop sustainable foreign trade , therefore, becoming a flourishing country.
