异质性劳动的收入分配难题研究

Labor homogeneity refers to the labors essentially the same, while labor heterogeneity means one concrete labor is essentially different from the other. The correspondence between distribution according to work and labor homogeneity features the advantages of public ownership. However, it is difficult for comparison and conversion about labor heterogeneity, which makes distribution according to work facing the awkwardness of failure. Based on this, the public sector of the economy and the development of the non-public sectors of the economy to the socialist basic economic system with Chinese characteristics is an inevitability of historical de⁃velopment.%同质性劳动是指从质上来看完全相同的劳动，异质性劳动是指某一种具体劳动成果在质的维度上看差异巨大的劳动。按劳分配制度与同质性劳动的契合凸显了公有制的优越性，但是，异质性劳动的比较和换算困难，使按劳分配制度面临着“失灵”的尴尬。基于此，公有制经济与非公有制经济共同发展的中国特色社会主义基本经济制度，是历史发展的必然选择。
