试论以人为本对党的群众路线的当代重释

摘要

As a governing philosophy the CPC proposed recently after the reform and opening up, People-ori-ented gives a scientific reinterpreting to the mass line of CPC.Mainly reflected in: First, given the reality of the people's body in full sense of has been formed, and the major adjustments in the structure of social interests and groups under the market economy condition, People-oriented converted the traditional mass body of the mass line of CPC to people body;Second, given the peace and development characteristics of the times, and the diversity of people's needs, People-oriented regards the scientific development as the means to servicing the people; third, given the current situation of the gap between rich and poor as well as the deterioration of the ecological environ-ment, People-oriented highlights the hidden dimensions of ethics without explicit manifested in the Mass Line of CPC, stresses sharing together by the people in double synchronic and diachronic dimension.In the modern era, we must adhere to the people-oriented to thoroughly practice the Mass Line of CPC.%作为中国共产党改革开放后新近提出的一个执政理念，以人为本对党的群众路线的进行了科学重释。主要表现在：其一，鉴于完全意义上的人民主体业已形成，以及在市场经济条件下社会利益结构与群体结构重大调整的现实，以人为本将传统的党的群众路线中的群众主体转化为人民主体；其二，鉴于和平与发展这一时代特征，以及人的需求的多样性，以人为本将为了人民的手段指认为科学发展；其三，鉴于当前贫富差距拉大以及生态环境恶化的状况，以人为本将党的群众路线之隐而未显的伦理学维度彰显出来，强调在共时和历时双重维度上的人民共享。在当今时代，要深入践行党的群众路线，就必须坚持以人为本。
