SMI技术诊断颈动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生血管的生成与斑块声学特性的联系

         

摘要

Objective :To evaluate the difference of blood flow imaging with different sonographic characteristics by mi-crovascular imaging technique .Method :A total of 120 patients with carotid plaques in our hospital were selected ,and also 120 plaques on the patients’ body were recorded .Two-dimensional bounce and SMI technology were used to examine the thickness of endometrium in the patients and to analyze the plaque morphology ,acoustic characteristics ,and the formation of new blood flow inside the plaque.Result :The rate of neovascularization in the mixed echo plaques and hypoechoic plaques was significant- ly higher than that in the other two plaques ;there was a difference in blood flow in all types of plaques .The blood flow rate be-tween the plaques with different internal echo was compared ,and we found that there was no significant difference between hy-poechoic plaques and mixed echo plaques ,while ,compared mixed echo plaque with medium echo plaque ,and hyperechoic plaque ,there were significant differences .Conclusion :SMI technique was used to evaluate plaque flow imaging to obtain the following conclusions .The rate of neovascularization in hypoechoic plaques and mixed echo plaques was significantly higher than that in moderate echo plaques and hyperechoic plaques .SMI provides a new possibility for the diagnosis of neovasculariza-tion in atherosclerotic plaques and its manifestation in different echo plaques .%目的:应用微血管成像技术(superb mircovascular imaging ,SMI)评估不同声像学特征的斑块内血流显像的差异性.方法:选择在本院诊疗患有颈动脉斑块的病人120例,记录患者身上出现的120个斑块,采用二维超声及SM I技术检查病人的内中膜厚度,分析斑块的形态、声学特性以及其内部新生血流的形成.结果:混合回声斑块和低回声斑块内部的新生血管的生成率明显超过其他两类斑块,各类型斑块内血流显现率具有差异.对内部回声不同的斑块之间的血流显现率进行比较,我们可以得到以下结论,低回声斑块与混合回声斑块相比差异无统计学意义,混合回声斑块与中等回声斑块、强回声斑块相比差异有统计学意义.结论:SM I技术通过评估斑块血流显像得到以下结论,低回声斑块与混合回声斑块内新生血管的生成率明显要高于中等回声斑块和强回声斑块,SM I技术为诊断动脉硬化斑块内部新生血管的生成及其在不同回声斑块中的表现提供了新的可能.
