Effect of adjuvant therapy with breviscapine on inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheology in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of adjuvant therapy with breviscapine on inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheology in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 86 severe acute pancreatitis patients were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The two groups were given the arterial perfusion of octretide and the observation group was additionally given continuously arterial perfusion of breviscapine. Levels of inflammatory factors, immune function and hemorheology were tested and compared. Results:The two groups inflammatory factors (hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) levels were decreased significantly after treatment, and the observation group decreased more than that of the control group with significantly; The two groups the percenrage of CD4 and CD4/CD8 were increased significantly after treatment, and the observation group increased more than that of the control group with significantly, there was no significant difference in the percenrage of CD8; The two groups hemorheology (blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, thrombus length) levels were decreased significantly after treatment, and the observation group decreased more than that of the control group. Conclusion:Adjuvant therapy with breviscapine can obviously reduce inflammation, improve immune function and hemorheology.
