Objective:To investigate and compare the clinical value of neuroendoscopic surgery and traditional microsurgery in the treatment of patients with pituitary adenoma. Methods:A total of 58 patients with pituitary adenoma treated in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2015 were divided into Group A and Group B with 29 cases in each group according to the method of random number table. The patients in Group A were treated with traditional microsurgery, while the patients in group B were treated with neuroendoscopic surgery, then the stress state, body hormones and proliferation related serum indexes of two groups before and after surgery at 12, 36 and 72 h were compared. Results:The stress state, body hormones and proliferation related serum indexes of two groups before treatment all had no significant differences, all P>0.05, while the serum stress indexes of Group B at different time after treatment were all lower than those of Group A. The serum hormones and proliferation related indexes of two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment and all have significant difference, allP0.05.Conclusions:The clinical values of neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with pituitary adenomand are higher than that of traditional microsurgery, and its adverse stress are relatively smaller to the body on the basis of the treatment effect.
