校企合作办学的现实意义及其构思与部署——以贵州师范学院旅游管理“福建金辉集团委培班”为例

College-enterprise cooperation in education is very popular in colleges and enterprises for its obvious advantages in solving the problems of employment,training talents for enterprise and increasing the social benefits of education.Focusing on students,college and enterprise,the article presents detailed explanation for the necessity,conception,and plan of college-enterprise cooperation in education with the case of Fjujian Jinhui Group in entrusting Guizhou Normal College to train its personnel in tourism management.The article can provide a very useful reference for the tourism management of other colleges for their college-enterprise cooperation in education.%校企合作办学因其在解决就业问题、为企业培养专业人才以及提高办学的社会效益等方面功勋卓著而深受学校和企业青睐。通过以贵州师范学院与福建金辉集团合作开办旅游管理专科＂福建金辉集团委培班＂的案例,基于学生、学校和企业三方视角,就如何开展校企合作办学及如何构思和部署校企合作办学作了详尽的阐述,以期对旅游管理专业的校企合作办学提供相应的借鉴意义。
