基于ERP的人力资源管理系统探究

in the enterprise human resources management process, data management is a very important link, data management directly affects to human resources management personnel data integration of the screening, and personnel structure adjustment, etc, and can even affect the enterprise internal reform. This paper studies based on ERP human resource management system, its function is to classify the personnel data, integration, processing, thus ensure the optimal allocation of human resources.%在企业人力资源管理过程中,数据管理是非常重要的环节,数据管理的效果直接影响到人力资源管理中整合各项人事数据的筛选以及人事结构的调整等方面,甚至会影响到企业的内部改革,实施科学成本管理、科学成本核算的重要性不言而喻。本文研究基于ERP的人力资源管理系统,其功能是对各项人事数据进行分类、整合、处理,从而保证人力资源的优化配置。
