基于群搜索算法的改进萤火虫群优化算法

         

摘要

针对萤火虫群优化算法存在易陷入局部极值、收敛成功率低等不足,将“游荡者”方法引入萤火虫群优化算法,提出一种改进的萤火虫群优化算法.该方法以人工萤火虫群优化算法为主,辅以群搜索算法的“游荡者”方法,可尽量避免陷入局部极值.数值实验表明,改进的算法在收敛速度、避免陷入局部极值方面都有很大的提高.%Glowworm swarm optimization(GSO) is easy to fall into the local extremum and its convergence success rate is low.The method of "ranger" is introduced to GSO algorithm,and an improved GSO algorithm is proposed.The proposed method is mainly artificial GSO,supplemented by the method of "ranger" of group search optimizer,which makes the improved GSO avoid falling into local extremism.Numerical experimental results show the algorithm is greatly improved in the convergence rate and avoids falling into local minimum.
