光子相关光谱法粒径测量的非负最小二乘法

         

摘要

A non-negative least square (NNLS) algorithm was applied to inversion computation of particle size distribution in photon correlation spectroscopy. Four mono-disperse particle samples were measured by NNLS, and the results were compared with those measured by the instrument of Brookhaven Company and the nominal diameter of the samples. The comparative results show that the non-negative least square algorithm works precisely on inversion computation of the diameter and size distribution of mono-disperse particles.%介绍光子相关光谱法测量纳米颗粒粒径的基本原理.将非负最小二乘法程序用于光子相关光谱法的反演计算.对4种已知尺寸的单分散纳米颗粒样品,采用非负最小二乘法进行反演测试.并将测试的结果和样品的标称直径以及美国Brookhaven公司仪器的测量结果进行比较.结果显示,非负最小二乘法能够准确地反演出单分散纳米颗粒的粒径大小及粒径分布.
