MBA 学位论文评审标准：中国大陆与英语国家的比较研究

摘要

To do the comparison about requirements of thesis and criteria for dissertation evaluation of MBA degree be-tween Mainland China and English-speaking countries, we use approaches like Internet searching and e-mail sending to gather information. We have got data from total 226 MBA colleges of which 109 are in English-speaking countries and 117 are in China. Conclusions can be made through content analysis method and comparative method as follows: (1) nearly half of MBA colleges in English-speaking countries belong to the type of taught-course master colleges so that there is no clear requirement for dissertation, while those in China are opposite. (2) Variety of MBA dissertation forms should be encouraged to show prac-ticality and applicability of the dissertation. (3) The format requirements of MBA dissertations should be set by each MBA college separately. (4) The criteria of dissertation evaluation of professional master, particularly MBA master, should be dis-tinct from that of learning master. (5) Dissertation types and school-running characteristics should be considered when setting criteria for dissertation evaluation. The conclusion of this research inspires Chinese MBA education significantly.%为了对中国与英语国家的MBA学位论文要求和评审标准进行比较，本文对英语国家109所和中国117所大学的MBA学位论文要求和评审标准，采用内容分析法和比较法进行深入的分析比较，得出如下结论：(1)国外英语国家MBA院校约半数是课程型硕士，并无明确的学位论文要求。而中国大陆MBA院校都有明确的学位论文要求。(2)MBA学位论文形式应当多样化，体现其实践性和应用性。(3)国内外每所MBA院校都应当制订自身的MBA学位论文格式和规范要求。(4)专业型硕士特别是MBA学位论文的评审标准应当与学术型硕士学位论文的评审标准区分开来。(5)MBA院校对学位论文评审标准应当考虑论文类型（形式）和院校自身的办学特色。本研究的结论对中国MBA教育具有参考价值。
