By introducing independent parameters,and applying the way of weight coefficients and technique of real analysis,an extension of a Hardy-Hilbert-type inequality with a best possible constant factor is provided.Furthermore,the equivalent forms,the operator expression and the reverses are considered.%引入独立参数，应用权系数的方法及实分析技巧，建立一个推广的具有最佳常数因子的 Hardy-Hilbert 型不等式，还考虑了等价式、算子表示及逆式。
