地方高职院校校企合作办学模式的探索与实践——以东莞职业技术学院为例

校企合作是培养学生技术实践能力的根本途径，是使学生由课堂和书本知识走向就业和职业岗位的重要桥梁。之中分析了东莞职业技术学院校企合作的现状和存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了进一步完善校企合作办学模式的3点建议：强化与中介机构合作，拓展专业实践教学模式；科学管理校外实习，保障学生顶岗实习质量；加强师资队伍建设，提高教师科研能力。%School-enterprise cooperation is the fundamental way to develop students＇ practical abilities, and it is an important bridge to guide students from the classroom and book knowledge to the employment and occupational sta- tus. At first this paper analyzes the situation and major problems of Dongguan Polytechnic school-enterprise coopera- tion. Then some countermeasure proposals are put forward including strengthening cooperation with intermediaries, scientific managing off-campus internship, and strengthening the teaching staff.
