探析思想政治工作在社会管理中的地位和作用

摘要

China has achieved great achievements in economy development since the reform and opening - up . However ,in terms of social management there still exists some obvious urgent weak links need to be strengthened , and ideological and political work serves as the"Soft Power"which can improve the social management's governance model imperceptibly .Ideological and political work ,which is regarded as the fine tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party , has a very good function of coordination , consultation , explanation of doubts , gathering strength and resolving contradictions .The innovation of ideological and political work is of great significance of improving social management in the new situation .%指出了自改革开放以来，我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，但是在社会管理方面仍然存在着一些明显的亟待加强的薄弱环节，而思想政治工作作为社会管理的“软”权利，能在潜移默化中改善着社会管理的治理模式。思想政治工作作为我们党的优良传统和政治优势，具有很好的协调、协商、释疑解惑、凝聚力量、化解矛盾的作用。创新思想政治工作，对于在新形势下做好社会管理工作具有重要意义。
