The article aims to set up the techniques to detect phosphorus in food based on the vanadium molybdenum yellow colorimetric method.Through the adjustment of the acidity of digestion solution and the replacement of the color agent , the content of phosphorus in food can be determined by vanadium molybdenum yellow spectrophotometry.When the Phosphorus solution concentration is in the range of 1mg/L to 20 mg/L ,the linear regression is fine;the recovery rate is in the range of 94 % to 97 %.The determination of the national standard reference materials by this method and comparison with the national standard method's determination of phosphorus in food ,the results show no obvious distinctions betw een the tw o methods'results in statistics ,w hich proves that this method can be applied to the determination of phosphorus in food.%建立了钒钼黄比色法测定食品中磷的检测技术 ,该法通过消解液酸度的调节 ,显色剂的替换 ,应用钒钼黄比色法测定食品中磷的含量.当磷溶液浓度范围在[1mg/L~20 mg/L ]时 ,线性回归良好 ;回收率范围为94%~97% .用此法测定了国家标准参考物质 ,与国标方法测定食品中磷的含量进行了比对 ,结果表明 :测定结果与国标方法的测定结果比较无显著统计学差别 ,说明该方法可用于食品中磷的测定.
