Workflow change is an important problem that often needs addressed in enterprise business process, especially the cooperation in cross-enterprises. Contraposing that most enterprises have widely applied PDM system, this paper proposes a VPDM(Virtual PDM) method to solve workflow change among enterprises. Its realization mechanism is described, the processing method and the procedure about the VPDM-based workflow change are both given elaborate discussion, which is divided into two types, i.e. up to down change as well as down to up change, and their dealing processes are presented, respectively. After that, ignorable activities are described and a recursion judgment algorithm on them is introduced. A successful example verifies feasibility of developed software on solving the problem of the change of workflows during some sort of product's research process.%工作流变更是企业业务流程中需要处理的重要问题之一,尤其是跨多个企业的协同工作.针对企业中广泛应用了PDM系统的情况,论文提出利用虚拟PDM解决跨企业的工作流变更问题,对其实现机制进行了详细描述.其次,重点探讨了基于虚拟PDM的工作流变更处理方法和过程,将其分为自上而下和自下而上两种变更类型并分别给出了处理过程.然后,描述了可略活动并给出了可略活动的递归判断算法.最后,介绍了该方法的实现,并以例程说明了开发的软件解决某产品研制流程中变更问题的处理过程.
