铝型材挤压分流模三维CAD技术应用研究

     

摘要

The iterative modification and flexibility of the 3D models of the aluminum profile extrusion dies are the key factors in their engineering application. In this paper, an optimized modeling method integrating the model discretization, hierarchical modeling and classified assembly is presented based on the analysis of the relationship between the structural characteristics of porthole dies and the method of 3D modeling combining with the die design process. Finally, the 3D modeling of the upper porhole die, based on the secondary-developed UG NX5 platform, is provided as an instance. The least coupling of the 3D models verifies the feasibility of the optimized modeling method.%针对铝型材挤压模具三维CAD二次开发系统中所创建的模具三维模型简单、可修改性差和工程实用性低等局限性,提出模具三维模型的灵活性和迭代修改性是影响其工程应用的关键因素.结合模具设计过程,通过分析模具结构特点和三维建模方法相关关系,论述了模型离散化、建模层次化和组装归类化相结合的优化建模方法.以分流模上模三维建模为例,在UG NX5二次开发平台上,给出了其具体实现的方法,建立三维模型的耦合性低,实例证明了该思路和方法的可行性.
