The role of electrocardiographic imaging in patient selection for cardiac resynchronization therapy

＜正＞Cardiac resynchronization therapy （CRT）has been shown to improve symptoms,left ventricle （LV） performance and longterm survival in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction （HFr EF） and delayed ventricular activation.[1] CRT is currently recommended in symptomatic patients with LV ejection fraction of≤35%, and ventricular conduction disorder manifested as left bundle branch block（LBBB）＞ 149 ms,
