以聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂,利用自由基聚合法制备了具有多孔结构的半纤维素接枝共聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,分别用FT-IR和SEM对水凝胶的结构和表面形态进行了分析;研究了水凝胶的pH值敏感性以及单体比例、PEG用量、PEG分子量和交联剂对溶胀率的影响;最后,以亚甲基蓝为模型药物研究了该水凝胶对药物的释放性能。实验结果表明,PEG为致孔剂,没有参与聚合反应;该水凝胶具有多孔结构以及优良的pH值敏感性,能够实现药物的控制释放,有望成为一种良好的药物载体。%In this paper, porous hemicellulose-grafted-po]y (acrylamide) hydrogels were prepared using PEG as porogen and free radical polymerization. The structure and surface morphology of these hydrogels were analyzed by FT-IR and SEM. pH-sensitive of hydrogels and effects of monomer ratio, amount of PEG, PEG molecular weight and cross-linking on equilibrium swelling ratio were also discussed. Finally, release performance of hydrogels using methylene blue as model drug was studied. These experimental results indicated that the porogen PEG was not the polymerization; the hydrogels had porous structure and excellent pH-sensitivity, which was expected to become a good drug carrier.
