掺氮TiO2修饰自凝基托树脂的抗菌性能研究

         

摘要

To study the antibacterial property of the self-solidifying base polymethylmethacrylate impregnated with the TiO2-xNy in vitro. The TiO2-xNy nanoparticles were successfully prepared by solvothermal method, and the prepared powders were characterized by XPS, laser dynamic scattering, X-ray diffraction and UV-Vis spectrophotometer; the TiO2-xNy nanoparticles and TiO2 commercial powder were separately added into poly-methylmethacrylate powder in the ratio of 3%,5% ,7% , 10% and then the different types of powders were pre-pared into the same sample which was 10mm in diameter and lmm of thickness; the anti streptococcus mutans and anti Candida albicans properties of the base polymethylmethacrylate powders which impregnated with two types of powders in various concentrations were demonstrated by the experiments of anti-bacterium-circles. Re-sults showed the microstructure of the TiO2-xNy, nanoparticles was sharp titanium mineral structure, and this powder provides photochemical catalysis activity in visible light; the antibacterial property of the polymethyl-methacrylate impregnated with the TiO2-xNy nanoparticles was obviously superior to the polymethylmethacry-late impregnated with TiO2 commercial powder, and as the increase of the TiO2-xNy nanoparticles concentra-tion, the antibacterial property has been enhanced in visible light condition.%研究自凝基托树脂经TiO2-xNy修饰后的体外抗菌性能.采用溶剂热法成功制备TiO2-xNy纳米粉,通过多功能电子能谱仪、激光动态散射仪、X射线衍射仪和紫外-可见分光光度计对粉末的掺氮量、颗粒大小、结构及光催化活性进行检测.在自凝基托树脂粉中分别加入3%、5%、7%和10%不同比例的TiO2-xNy纳米粉和TiO2商用粉,制备成直径为10mm、厚度为1mm的树脂试样,采用抑菌圈实验法测试添加不同浓度的两种粉末后,基托树脂对变形链球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌性能.结果表明,TiO2-xNy纳米粉为锐钛矿结构,具有可见光光催化活性.在可见光照条件下,TiO2-xNy基托树脂的抗菌性明显优于TiO2基托树脂,且随着TiO2-xNy纳米粉浓度的增加,抑菌性也随之增强.
