细菌纤维素负载TiO2用于DDNP废水光催化降解研究∗

         

摘要

细菌纤维素(BC)是一种环保可再生的生物材料,其具有很强的机械性能,很好的化学稳定性以及低廉的价格等优点。选用细菌纤维素为载体制备出具有优异形貌的 TiO2/BC 杂化纤维。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对负载型TiO2的结构及形貌进行表征。最后通过测试杂化纤维对DDNP(二硝基重氮酚)废水的光催化降解效率和重复使用率评价其光催化性能。结果显示了该杂化材料对 DDNP 废水具有优异的光催化降解性能。%In this study,we use bacterial cellulose (BC)to substitute general carrier to assisted prepare TiO2 nanopaticle with excellent morphology through a novel facile and effective method.BC is a cleaner sustainable biomaterial with remarkable properties such as good mechanic properties,good chemical stability,high purity, etc.The maj or advantages of this material are cheaper and more environmentally friendly and it can also resolve problem of cyclic utilization.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron mi-croscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).We tested photocatalytic degradation efficiency and repeat utilization of DDNP wastewater with different reaction time to evaluate its photocatalytic properties.The results indicated that The hybrid material has excellent catalytic degradation of DDNP wastewater.
