将碳化硅(SiC)粉末分散于去离子水中,用准分子脉冲激光进行烧蚀反应,离心后得到分散于去离子水中的碳纳米颗粒.透射电子显微镜观测表明这些碳纳米颗粒大多为空心结构,直径为20~30 nm.碳纳米颗粒表面钝化良好,具有优良的发光性能.在紫外光激发下,纳米颗粒在去离子水中的悬浮液在紫-蓝光区域有较强、较稳定光发射,其发光与缺陷态,量子限制效应有关.%Silicon carbide (SiC) powders were dispersed in de-ionized water and ablated with the excimer pulsed laser.The carbon nanoparticles suspended in de-ionized water were prepared via the centrifugation.The trans-mission electron microscopy images show that the carbon nanoparticles are mostly hollow with a diameter of 20-30 nm.The surfaces of the nanoparticles are passivated well.The carbon nanoparticles have excellent photolu-minescence properties.Excited by the violet lines,the nanoparticles have strong and stable photoluminescence emission in the violet-blue region,which is related to the defect states and the quantum confinement effect.
