“两项实践活动”的理论依据与现实意义

摘要

＂两项实践活动＂是本届重庆市政协一张闪光的名片。本文在对＂两项实践活动＂内涵特质分析的基础上,提出了＂两项实践活动＂的理论依据,那就是：马克思主义的实践观和群众观,以及中共中央文件和领导人的讲话;＂两项实践活动＂的开展,既有利于更好推进和谐与发展两大社会主题,也有助于深化人民政协功能并更好地体现人民政协的价值,还有助于继承和发扬＂三不朽＂文化传统。%The movement of ＂Two Practical Activities＂is a bright card of CPPCC Chongqing. This article put forward the theoretical foundation of＇Two Practical Activities＂ in accordance with its meaning and peculiarity. Those bases are Marxist conception of practice and concept of general public, the CPC Central Committee documents as well as leaders＇ speeches. Launching ＂Two Practical Activities＂ can help to make these two social themes of harmony and development better, can conduce to deepen the influence and reflect the value of CPPCC, and also can contribute to carry forward the ＂Three Eternity＂ cultural traditions.
