国家治理体系现代化视阈下的协商民主建设

摘要

The late 1980s, the theory of deliberative democracy in Western countries quietly. Deliberative democracy as an emerging paradigm in the democratization process, its meaning and characteristics are still highly controversial, scholars do not have a unified conclusion, but there are still some consensus. However, in China, deliberative democracy in this so-called "exotic", already has its forms. Meanwhile, deliberative democracy as a national governance system is an important part of its role played in the governance system modernization? How to further promote the construction of deliberative democracy, in order to modernize the governance system in the country to play a more important role? These issues are still worthy of our attention and reflection.%20世纪80年代末，协商民主理论在西方国家悄然兴起。协商民主作为民主化进程中一个新兴范式，其内涵、特点等仍饱受争议，学界没有一个统一的定论，但仍存在一些共识。然而，在中国，协商民主这个所谓的“舶来品”，早就有它的存在形式。同时，协商民主作为国家治理体系中的一个重要一环，其在治理体系现代化中扮演什么角色？如何进一步地促进协商民主建设，以期在国家治理体系现代化发挥更重要的作用？这些问题，仍然值得我们关注和思考。
