饲喂武夷岩茶茶末对尤溪麻油鸡蛋品质的影响

         

摘要

To investigate whether Wuyi rock tea powder improves egg quality of Youxi oil hen, 400 290-day-old Youxi oil hens were randomized into 4 groups, with 100 hens per group and replicated for 4 times. Four treatments, including 0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%tea powder was added into basal diet respectively for 60 days. Results showed that tea powder addition did not influence egg-shape index in any amount ( P>0.05) while 0.5% and 1.0% addtions increased shell thickness ( P0.05);0.5%和1.0%的添加量提高蛋壳厚度(P<0.05);1.0%的添加量提高蛋壳强度和蛋黄比率(P<0.01);1.0%和2.0%的添加量提高哈夫单位(P<0.05);2.0%的添加量组与对照组相比,蛋黄色级提高(P<0.05);0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的添加量降低4~8周的胆固醇含量,降幅分别达3.68%、15.95%和4.90%;0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的添加量均提高VA 含量(P<0.01),增幅分别达33.15%、21.55%和24.86%;0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的添加量均提高蛋黄粘聚性(P<0.01)、咀嚼性(P<0.01)、恢复性(P<0.01)和弹性(P<0.01).结论:在尤溪麻油鸡的日粮中添加武夷岩茶茶末可有效提高蛋品质和蛋黄口感,最佳添加量为1.0%.
