Objective: To investigate the glucocorticoid inhalation and oral combination therapy in children with bronchial asthma effect. Methods: June 2011 to May 2013 in patients with bronchial asthma in children in our hospital 108 cases were analyzed, according to the method of treatment is divided into observation group and control group of 54 cases, the observation group glucocorticoid inhalation and oral joint treatment, the control group received oral corticosteroid therapy, clinical efficacy, lung function before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher (P <0.05);after treatment were significantly improved lung function (P <0.05), and raise the level of the observation group than the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: bronchial asthma in children using glucocorticoid inhalation and oral combination therapy can relieve symptoms in children, improve lung function, safe and effective.%目的：探讨糖皮质激素雾化吸入与口服联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年5月我院收治的小儿支气管哮喘患者108例进行分析，按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组各54例，观察组采用糖皮质激素雾化吸入与口服联合治疗，对照组采用糖皮质激素口服治疗，观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后肺功能指标均有明显提高（P＜0.05），且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论小儿支气管哮喘采用糖皮质激素雾化吸入与口服联合治疗，能够缓解患儿的临床症状，提高肺功能，安全有效。
