酸枣仁饮片功能性及生产过程中风险评估分析

         

摘要

酸枣仁(Semen Ziziphi Spinosae)由鼠李科乔木酸枣成熟果实去果肉、核壳,收集种子,干燥而成。酸枣仁含有多种功能性成分,如酸枣仁皂苷、黄酮类、生物碱等,具有镇静催眠、抗惊厥、抗心肌缺血、降血脂、抗肿瘤及增强免疫系统功能的作用。在酸枣仁饮片的生产过程中,由于炮制工艺不规范、生产标准不统一、质量监管疏漏,致使酸枣仁饮片的质量存在一些问题,因此建立生产过程中的质量评估风险体系,一方面可有效控制酸枣仁饮片在生产过程中的质量安全问题,另一方面可以为酸枣仁饮片炮制工艺标准化研究奠定基础。本文主要对酸枣仁饮片的功能性成分、保健功能作用和在生产过程中的风险评估分析进行了概述。%Semen Ziziphi Spinosae is the ripe fruit of rhamnaceae jujube trees after removing the flesh and core shell, collecting the seeds and drying.Semen Ziziphi Spinosae contains a variety of functional ingredients, such as jujuboside, flavonoids, alkaloids,etc., which has the functions of sedative hypnosis, anticonvulsants, anti-myocardial ischemia, hypolipidemic, anti-tumor and enhancing the role of the immune system. In the production processing of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae pieces, the processing technology is not standardized, standards are not uniform, and quality regulatory is oversight, so the quality ofSemen Ziziphi Spinosae pieces have some problems. Establishment of the quality assessment of risk system in the production processing, on the one hand it can effectively control the quality and safety problems ofSemen Ziziphi Spinosae pieces in the production processing, on the other hand it can lay the basis for study ofSemen Ziziphi Spinosae pieces processing technology standardization. This review summarized the functional ingredients and healthy functions of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae pieces, and the risk assessment analysis in the production processing.
