双锥流量计气水两相流流量测量实验研究

         

摘要

The double-cone flowmeters with equivalent diameter ratio 0.424 and 0.586 are designed.Experimental study on the parameter measurement is carried out on the multi-phase flow facility.The measurement model is established for the gas volume fraction through analysis of characteristic values obtained from time serial signals of the differential pressure measured by the meters.On the basis of the gas volume fraction model,the flowrate measurement models are established in terms of linear relationship between the Lockhart-Martinelli constant and the quasi-ration of the gas flowrate.A series of experiments are conducted on the facility of the air-water two phase flow.The experimental results show that the gas volume fraction measurement model provides good performance in the given measurement range with the error within 5%.The measurement errors of the total flowrate and liquid flowrate are within 6% by using the modified Murdock model.The measurement error of the gas flowrate is relatively larger possibly due to the small gas mass fraction.%设计了等效内径比分别为0.424、0.586的双锥流量计,并采用该流量计在多相流实验装置上开展了气水两相流参数测量实验研究。通过对双锥流量计上的差压波动信号时间序列进行分析,采用其特征值建立气水两相流分相含率测量模型;在分相流模型的基础上,通过分析准气相流量比和 Lockhart-Martinelli常数的关系建立气水两相流流量测量模型。在多相流实验装置上进行了气水两相流参数测量系列实验,结果表明在实验范围内,所建立的体积含气率测量模型测量相对误差在5%以内;气液两相流总流量和液相流量测量误差在6%以内。气相流量的测量结果表明,在以空气和水为介质、干度很小的工况下,气相流量的测量相对误差明显大于总流量和液相流量的相对误差。
