美国陆军研究实验室科研绩效评估的特点及启示

实验室科研绩效评估是实验室管理的重要内容,直接影响实验室的科研绩效水平.介绍了美国陆军研究实验室科研绩效同行评估模式的主要做法、基本特点；针对我国国防科技重点实验室科研绩效评估存在的一些问题,提出几点启示以供借鉴.%Research performance assessment is an important part of the management at laboratories, which has directly effect on the level of the research performance. This paper introduces some successful methods in the research performance peer review at the US Army Research Laboratory, and analyzes its outstanding characteristics. Then according to the problems existing in our country, the paper educes some inspiration for defense science and technology key laboratories.
