Doppler parameters of moving target is an important character of the relative movement to the radar and can enhances maneuvering target tracking and target identification. Doppler parameters can be estimated accurately in virtue of Wigner-Hough transformation, but this method is hardly to be used because of huge number of calculation and storage. Based on the study of character of moving target's echo, a new idea about "Parameter Predict and Local Search" is put forward and a new Wigner-Hough Transformation in point &- inclination pattern is proposed in order to make it to be realized. Both of the analysis in theory and the simulation results indicate that new algorithm can reduce the calculation time remarkably, with almost the same precision to the classical WHT algorithm.%目标多普勒参数是表征雷达和目标相对运动关系的重要特征参数,可用于模式识别和精密跟踪。借助Wigner-Hough变换(WHT)可对目标多普勒参数进行较为精确的估计,但该方法由于计算量和存储量庞大而难以得到应用,需要进行改进。从运动目标回波特性出发,提出了“参数引导+局部搜索”的快速估计理念,并提出了实现该理念的“点斜式”WHT算法。理论分析和仿真实验表明:该算法能够在不降低经典WHT算法估计精度的条件下显著减少运算时间。
