美军装备采办数据资源管理的做法及启示

摘要

装备采办数据资源管理是装备采办信息化建设的重要内容.简要介绍了装备采办数据资源管理基本概念,分析了美军装备采办数据资源管理的政策依据、阶段划分和实施框架,形成了对美军装备采办数据资源管理的总体认识.在此基础上,总结了美军装备采办数据资源管理的主要做法并得出3点启示.%Equipment acquisition data resources management (EADRM) is an important content of equipment information construction. The paper introduces the basic concept of EADRM and analyzes its policy basis, phase division and implement frame of the US Army, which forms an overall understanding about EADRM of the US Army. On this basis, it summarizes the operations about EADRM of the US Army and draws three enlightenments which are beneficial to our army.
