移动智能设备军事化采办研究

摘要

Aiming at possible changes of the trend of mobile-based development,the paper stud-ies the militarization acquisition of smart mobile devices.Firstly,it defines the smart mobile devices;introduces the current militarization applications of such devices;proposes the concept and connota-tion of the militarization acquisition of smart mobile devices.Secondly,it analyzes the acquisition model,development method and system structure.Lastly,the paper brings out four countermeasures for the militarization acquisition of smart mobile devices in the PLA.%针对移动化发展浪潮可能在军事上引起的变革，研究了移动智能设备的军事化采办问题。界定了移动智能设备的概念，介绍了移动智能设备军事化应用现状，提出移动智能设备军事化采办的概念和内涵，并分析了其采办模型、开发方法与体系结构。最后，针对我军开展移动智能设备军事化采办的相关问题提出4点对策建议。
