基于任务-能力-结构-演化的武器装备体系贡献度评估与示例分析

摘要

The evaluation on the contributions of weapons and equipments to system warfighting is of significance to equipment development demonstration,operational system capacity building, operational tests,operational security and actual combat training of weapons and equipments.The paper constructs a general framework for analysis on contributions of weapons and equipments to sys-tem warfighting from four dimensions which include mission,capacity,structure and evolution.The paper also arguments that the connotations of this contributions to mission,capacity,structure and evolution respectively and analyzes relevant examples.In the end,the paper proposes an evaluation flow for weapons and equipments’contribution to system warfighting based on “exploration analysis┼”and points out an effective evaluation method in specific mission.%评估武器装备体系贡献度对于武器装备发展论证、体系作战能力建设、作战试验开展、作战使用保障、实战化训练等具有重要意义。从任务、能力、结构、演化4个维度出发，构建了武器装备体系贡献度分析的总体框架，论述了武器装备体系任务贡献度、能力贡献度、结构贡献度和演化贡献度的内涵并分析了相关示例，提出了基于“探索性分析┼”的武器装备体系贡献度评估流程，为具体任务中武器装备体系贡献度评估提供了有效方法。
