装备质量监督智能化体系建设

摘要

在质量建军的时代背景下，对装备质量监督智能化体系的构建进行了几点思考。首先分析了装备质量监督智能化体系概念与特点，接着阐述了外军和我军装备质量监督智能化体系建设的现状。综合国内外研究现状，提出了装备质量监督智能化体系的“四大创新发展”理念和“四大创新发展平台”，最后初步构建了生产过程中装备质量监督智能化体系框架。%In the background of building up a military force by quality,the paper discusses some points about the building of the equipment quality surveillance intelligent system.First of all,it ana-lyzes the concept and characteristics of equipment quality surveillance intelligent system.Then,it ex-pounds the status quo of foreign military forces and the PLA in this respect.Based on the current studies home and abroad,the paper proposes four major innovative developments and four major plat-forms in the equipment quality surveillance intelligent system.Finally,it establishes an equipment quality surveillance intelligent system framework applicable to production process.
