基于模糊 TOPSIS 的新型空间平台航天试验效能评估

         

摘要

针对新型空间平台航天试验效能评估问题,基于美国国防部体系结构框架建立了任务分解树模型。在此基础上分析并提出评估指标,运用模糊逼近理想解排序法对评价方案进行效能分析,按照该方法的各个步骤计算出评价方案的排序结果,结果表明,美国轨道试验飞行器的航天试验效能较高。在评价方案的基础上进行敏感度分析,计算评估指标的贴近度,结果表明,入轨能力等评估指标对应的效能度量在新型空间平台航天试验中较为重要。%To solve out the issues about effectiveness evaluation of aerospace test for new-type space platform,the article establishes a task decomposition tree model based on the system structure of United States Department of Defense and then makes analysis and proposes evaluation indicators. The article makes effectiveness analysis on the evaluation scheme with technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution and calculates the sorting result of the evaluation plan through all steps in this method,the result shows,the effectiveness of aerospace test of orbital test vehicle is relatively high.Based on the evaluation scheme,the article makes sensitivity analysis and thus calculates the closeness of the evaluation indicators,the result shows,the measurement of effectiveness of evalua-tion indicators such as ability to enter orbit is relatively important in the aerospace test of new-type space platform.
