基于BIM的施工资料管理系统平台架构研究

         

摘要

With the popular application of BIM technology in our country,BIM brings a new perspective for massive data management. The paper introduces BIM and the situation of construction data management in order to deeply study how to build the system platform architecture. Based on system function demand analysis,a system platform frame which contains the data service layer,function layer and extensible platform application layer is proposed with the technology of BIM,Web3D,database management. The construction data management system based on BIM realizes the interactive management of BIM model and construction data on the basis of Web,and provides different user permissions query information,which can check out the construction model and query the information related to construction whenever and wherever via internet. A practical reference for multiple disciplines collaborative data management system is provided.%随着BIM技术在我国的风靡应用,BIM为海量资料管理带来了新的视角。在对系统功能需求进行分析的基础上,借助BIM技术、Web3D、数据库管理等技术,提出包含数据服务层、功能平台层和可扩展应用层的平台架构,研发出基于BIM的施工资料管理系统,实现了基于Web功能的BIM模型与施工资料的交互管理,并提供不同用户权限,随时随地通过网络直接查看施工模型以及查询相关施工信息,为多参与方协同化资料管理系统提供可行的参考。
