To cope with the uncertain characteristics of construction projects and the complicated relationships between project tasks,this paper applies social network analysis(SNA)to analyze project activities by quantifying dependency and influence power and by linking disciplines with their responsible tasks. The paper uses an empirical case to demonstrate that according to dependency and influence power,project tasks can be categorized into four types. At the same time,coordination demands of relevant disciplines are identified. The paper closes by discussing how strategies of management and organization can be scientifically formulated based on the interdependence types and coordination demands between different disciplines.%为了在工程进度管理中充分考虑项目动态性和系统性的特征,引入社会网络分析(SNA)依据原有进度计划中的任务逻辑关系量化工程任务的依赖性和影响能力,分析各任务负责专业间的相互依赖关系。通过一个工程实例运用SNA分析将各专业依据依赖性和影响能力的高度分为四类,并对相关专业的沟通协调需求进行了分析。针对各任务和专业属性的不同,提出了相对应的进度管理及其组织措施,并依据专业间三种不同依赖方式,提出了不同的协调措施。
