The results of studies of geotechnical risks of construction and operation of structures in the permafrost zone were reviewed and summarized in the present document .The analysis and assessment of risks were carried out while designing the trunk pipelines Bovanenkovo-Ukhta , Zapolyarnoe-Urengoy , the Power of Siberia , construction of infrastructure facilities of Bovanenkovo , Zapolyarnoye , Urengoyskoye , Chayanda and Kovykta fields .There were presented the results of development of methods and approa-ches for analysis and assessment of geotechnical risks , implemented in the design of gas production and gas transportation facilities in the areas of permafrost grounds and hazardous cryogenic processes , as well as in seismic and karst hazard regions .%对多年冻土区和岩土建筑工程风险的研究结果进行了总结,对设计时的干线管道进行了风险分析和评估,涵盖了Bovanenkovo-乌赫塔, Zapolyarnoe-乌连戈伊,西伯利亚电力, Bovanenkovo , Zapolyarnoye , Urengoyskoye , Chayanda的建设和科维克金领域的基础设施,得到了岩土工程风险评估的分析方法和发展成果,以及在多年冻土场地和危险低温过程中,地震和岩溶灾害区域天然气运输设施的设计和评估。
