参附注射液对百草枯中毒大鼠TGF-β1、IL-1β表达水平的影响

         

摘要

目的 观察参附注射液在百草枯中毒所致肺损伤时对TGF-β1、IL-1β表达的影响.方法 HE染色观察参附注射液治疗组组织结构变化,采用免疫组织化学法测定百草枯中毒组、及参附注射液治疗组肺组织中TGF-β1、IL-1β的表达水平.结果 百草枯中毒组肺组织充血水肿明显,肺泡破坏严重,治疗组肺组织充血水肿有所减轻.百草枯中毒组TGF-β1、IL-1β水平均较治疗组明显升高,且参附注射液治疗各组TGF-β1,IL-1β水平明显低于百草枯中毒组;各治疗组与百草枯中毒组之间差异有显著性.结论 参附注射液在百草枯所致肺损伤中能使TGF-β1,IL-1β表达水平的下调,减轻肺泡炎症和充血程度,减轻百草枯中毒所致肺损伤,延缓和抑制肺纤维化的发生、发展.%Objective: To verify the the effect of Shenfu (SF) Injection on TGF-β1 and IL-ip in paraquat intoxication. Methods: Measurements were determined at 7th, 28th days post exposure. Fibrosis level of pulmonary fibrosis in acute paraquat intoxication was detected by HE. The intensity of expression of TGF-β1 ,IL-1β was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The intensity of the TGF-β1 and IL-ipmeasured by immunohistochemistry was significantly lower in SF treated groups compare with the rats of acute paraquat intoxication model. SF 12 mL/kg can influence the intensity of the TGF-β1 and IL-ip expression significantly compare with other groups. Conclusion: SF injection could alleviate the lung injury and fibrosis from reducing the expression of TGF-P, and IL-ip. SF injection may have a role in diminishing the level of pulmonary fibrosis induced by acute paraquat intoxication by reducing inflammatory reaction. SF injection is a effective medicine to treat pulmonary fibrosis induced by acute paraquat intoxication.
