动态心电图一过性U波倒置在冠心病诊断中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨动态心电图一过性U波倒置在冠心病疾病诊断中的应用。方法选择200例冠心病患者作为观察组，按动态心电图结果分为一过性U波倒置组和正常U波组，另选200例同期健康体检者作为对照组，比较两组U波倒置情况。结果观察组患者出现一过性U波倒置69例（43.5%），明显多于对照组（18例，9.0%）结论一过性U波倒置是冠心病的有力证据，可以作为一种常用的无创性的冠心病检查方法。%objective To explore the role of transient inverted U wave in Holter in cornory artery disease(CAD) diagnosis. Methods A total of 200 CAD patients(CAD group) and 200 healthy people(control group) were enrolled at the same time. They were divided into two groups based on the result of Holter: transient inverted U wave group and normal U wave group. Statistical analyses were performed by using SPSS 19.0.Result In CAD group, 69(43.5%) patients exist transient inverted U wave in Holter. However, there are 18 healthy people have inverted U wave in Holter in control group. There were statistically significant difference between CAD group and control group.Conclusion Transient inverted U wave is the strong evidence of myocardial ischemia, and can be used as a common non invasive to screen CAD.
