针对基于影像测量仪的运动控制系统存在的非线性误差问题,设计出神经网络补偿器.通过所采集的伺服电机的输入、输出数据,对非线性伺服电机的神经网络仿真器及补偿器进行训练.所设计的神经网络补偿器应用在运动控制的高精密定位系统上,使控制系统表现出良好的控制性能.仿真实验表明该控制器具有较强的有效性.%A neural network compensator is designed in accordance with nonlinear error caused by motion control system based on image measuring instrument. A neural network emulator of non-linear servo motor and a compensator are trained by input and output data of the servo motor. The neural network compensator is designed to be used in the high-precision positioning system, which show that this system achieves good performance in control. Also the effectiveness of the controller is proved.
