从高等教育发展观看我国高等教育的可持续发展

         

摘要

高等教育发展观影响高等教育发展方向,反映人们对高等教育规律的认识,制约着高等教育规模、质量、结构、效益等方面。世界高等教育发展观的演变经历了教育为经济增长服务到注重教育内外部规律的整体协调再到以人为中心的可持续发展,而新中国的高等教育发展观则经历了从主要培养政治思想合格的专门人才到为经济建设服务再到人的全面发展的过程。当前,处于新时期的我国高等教育应该通过走内涵式发展道路,注重结构合理性、强调发展与社会适应性等来实现高等教育可持续发展。%Higher education development concept influences the trends and directions of higher education development, reflects people's understanding of higher education law, and restricts the scale, quality, structure, efficiency of higher education. Through review and analysis, we can find that world higher education experienced a sustainable development process from education-based economic growth to the coordination of the internal and external education law, then to mancentered sustainable development, while China 's higher education development concept concentrates on fostering qualified people in politics and ideology to serve economic construction and attaches importance to comprehensive human development. It is believed that higher education for sustainable development rationality of structure, and concept should progress ahead by taking the content development, focusing on the emphasizing development and social adaptation .
