司法考试改革对法学专业学生实践能力培养模式的启示

摘要

The latest scheme of judicial examination reform clarifies and expands the scope of legal profes-sional personnel and requires reforming the exam content of judicial examination, posing new demands on practi-cal ability cultivation of the law-majored students. There are many ways to solve the problem, like promoting ex-ercise system of professional teachers, forming double-qualified faculty, thus guaranteeing the teaching re-sources. Other methods are listed as follow, expanding the teaching proportion of Administrative Law, adding practice content to improve the training plans in training the practical ability of students, implementing case teaching method, reforming the examination mode for reasonable evaluation mechanism, and determining their own characteristics to create the practice path of the "topic-type research" on special problems.%最新出台的司法考试改革方案明确并扩大了法律职业人员范围，要求进一步改革法律职业资格的考试内容。这对法学专业学生实践能力的培养提出了新要求，因此我们要构建双师型教师队伍，推行法学专业教师挂职锻炼制度，从而为提高法学专业学生的实践能力提供师资保障；扩大行政法的教学内容比重，增加到行政执法机关的实习内容，进一步完善法学专业学生实践能力的培养计划；全面推行案例教学法，改革考试方式，构建科学合理的法学专业学生实践能力考评机制；找准法学专业的自身特色，创建法学专业学生实践能力培养平台，开创“专项问题课题式研究”的实践路径。
