大学文化理念与大学文化建设--大连大学文化理念的解读

University cultural concept is a key component of the university culture; and its advanced cultural concept is the guidance for the university cultural construction. In the era of reform and innovation, cultural concept innovation has become the top priority for a university to promote its culture building. To follow the development trend of modern higher education and to develop modern educational thought, Dalian University advocates a cultural concept of “Making Everyone Successful”and “Making Everyone Happy”, developing a unique university culture. This paper interprets this cultural concept in three aspects: relationship between success and happiness, the implication of happiness, and how to become happy.%大学文化理念是大学文化的核心部分，先进的大学文化理念是大学文化建设的先导。在改革创新的时代背景下，创新大学文化理念就成为新时期大学文化建设的首要任务。根据对现代高等教育的发展趋势和现代教育思想的把握，大连大学先后提出了“让人人都成功”、“让人人都快乐”的文化理念，努力提炼与打造独树一帜的大学文化。本文从成功与快乐的关系、快乐的含义、如何获得快乐三方面来着重解读连大“让人人都快乐”的文化理念。
