海参卵中类胡萝卜素提取条件的优化

摘要

采用有机溶剂浸提法,通过单因素试验结合正交试验,对海参卵中类胡萝卜素的提取条件进行了优化.结果表明,在以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂、二次提取,提取温度40℃,提取时间3h,料液比1∶12的提取条件下,可以达到最优提取,类胡萝卜素质量分数可达63.20 μg/g.%Abstract∶ The extraction process using organic solvent was optimized by the single factor test together with the orthogonal experimental design.The best extract condition was extraction using ethyl acetate at 40 ℃ for 3 h and the ratio of solvent to material 1 ∶ 12.The total carotenoids content was 63.20 μg/g.
